Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on Saturday, 5th April 2025 at 9:00am.

The purpose of this meeting is for BCSBA members to vote on the adoption of the proposed new constitution. The final draft of the revised constitution is available for members to read in the Members Only section of the website, under the heading BCSBA Constitution or Management Committee Documents. Note: you will need to be logged in to access this. Please contact your branch secretary for help if needed.

The scheduled Annual General Meeting will commence at 9:30am, following the SGM. If you have any queries regarding the proposed constitution, I urge you to get in touch with Steve Clarkson (treasurer@colouredsheep.org.nz) or Mistelle Jack (secretarysilverpeaks@colouredsheep.org.nz), who will happily work through your queries ahead of time.
