Open Class of the BCSBA Annual Handcraft Competition

Crafts people from are now invited to prepare an  entry, or entries, for the 2021 open class of the BCSBA’s annual handcraft competition. The category for 2021 is a pair of hand covers eg: gloves, mittens, or anything else you can come up with, using natural coloured wool or sheep products. Any technique may be used, but any yarn must be hand spun. Best entry in this class will receive a prize of a $110 voucher for carded wool from PV Rewa Wool and Fibre. The competition is part of five national competitions held at the same time as the BCSBA’s annual conference and AGM, to be held in 2021 in Masterton, Wairarapa, 15-18 April 2021.
